A serious insight from Dave Brubeck’s “Travelin’ Blues” hints at a mirror who will test your body and soul. This music sounded relevant with regards to aging.

A look at Brigitte Bardot and Sara Netanyahu is a wake-up call for everybody who wants to grow old like a fine wine. I know what I’m talking about because I’m 37 today and the mirror is starting to scare me.

The picture of Dorian Gray is a novel everybody knows. But who knew this blog would be about a picture of Phrygian Purple? What I mean is I’m French and Lebanese, but sometimes I wonder if France is an honest woman.

Because Paris is a hell of a tester. Do you know the Paris syndrome?

Celebrities Have a Greater Risk of Breakdown

Sometimes I think of children like stars.

When you’re a child you don’t know what you want to do during your life. And maybe the first step of growing up is learning to give up and concentrate on one thing that will become your business.

I had lots of success by focusing on music and sounds. At first, I was wondering if I was going to be a financial consultant all my life. But I decided to assume a musical career with ups and downs. Kind of a marriage it seems.

The thing about marriage is that it’s so cool, if you do it wrong, you can never think of a person without thinking about your ex-partner. This is a basic of memory: association… Thank god it’s also a matter of reconstruction.

How Different Is The Body From The Soul?

I think the important thing here is food and rest. By the way, it seems we should spend a maximum of time in a response called rest-n-digest.

This a complex question so maybe the best thing is to ask our dreams what they think. The best way to understand our unconscious mind is dreams. And it seems this is related to our shadow self.

Can you have a multiple shadow disorder? The shadow will kill you with no mercy. Especially at noon, when the sun is high in the sky. Is this why afternoons are so complicated?

Is your partner so important that you can lose your soul in a relationship or marriage? Maybe yes and I guess when you enter a relationship, we have to make sure you’re not suffering from an imbalance.

Your Soul Needs Relaxation and Control

Have you ever been crucified?

You talk way too much. The less you talk, the fewer chances you take of making a mistake. I guess the economy is an important subject. After all, when your bank account is zero, what should you do?

And when your soul is dead, what should you do? How many souls can one have? Giant steps are useless; you might as well play.

Maybe the arena is empty except for you; maybe you’re not well educated on the subject of fights. But the importance of rivalry and vengeance becomes more and more important when you age.

That might be the message from Bardot and Netanyahu. Nothing left to lose and might as well testify as good as I can. They forgot art is here for the job.

Knees Feel Like Stone Cold Crazy

How many miles before you can slip the skin?

Deep down, how many people are still confused about WW2? WW1 was supposed to be the last war on Earth? But it seems WW1 originated in 1870 with Napoleon III.

They used to say that work sets you free. If it’s not the case, then we got a serious problem. Again, the less you work, the less you run the risk of being disappointed.

Great tennis players know that, during big tournaments that last 2 weeks, they should try to spend the less time possible on the court. Only if they want to win a championship.

Maybe the public will be disappointed. But the only thing that’s important is winning, right?

In Wonderland, Don’t Ask No Questions

The skin is a very interesting organ. It’s the biggest one and its role is threefold: protection, justification, and elimination. The thing to remember is that the skin is the same for everybody.

This means that the soul will inhabit your skin.

The soul of a man will transpire in the hands and feet. A musical genocide is what separates good people from bad people. The consequence of love is easy to remember: there’s a price to pay.

If you’re a soul person, you will remember that life is diverse and generous. Your tunnel vision is not a bad thing unless you don’t see anything but the objective.

Harmony is key here. If you have a passion, one should remember that everything can change in a minute. I remember Thomas Muster who had a car accident and worked hard to get back in shape for winning.

Love is Boring; Not a Sweet Intoxication

When you start noticing sour notes more often than the climate, then it’s time for a little introspection. Which soul has intoxicated you to the point of breaking down and coming home needing attention?

Of course, our way of life puts us to the test. This blog could be a lifestyle blog. It seems it’s important because your habits determine your health.

When I was a child, the days were long. I could not wait to be grown. I wanted to make it on my own. And then something happened on the way to hell.

Some might say it’s a dream with a nightmare stuck in the middle. Some might say that it doesn’t matter the wine, as long as you’re drunk.

But remember, the one who drives should remain sober.

Can’t Get The Body Out of The Mind

And that’s where the soul will allow us to live a better life. Soul music became widely known in the 60s and after. Ray Charles did wonder with songs like “Georgia on my Mind” and “What I’d Say”.

Those guys had a dream. And we all did. So many nightmares did not see the light. Why should this one become true? Did someone talk about it?

Bribery and blackmail are my favorite weapon. Like a teenage dirtbag. They said I was a prostitute and treated me like one. But that’s just called work.

The soul knows the difference between Gods and charlatan. Experiments should remain secrets and we should not be zombies about it. We need a new system and never forget to give a chance for folks to meet.

Even if we want to talk about anarchy and spoofing.

The Soul Should Remain Our Priority

In conclusion, the soul is more important than the skin or body. Because the skin has a fixed surface, the soul is the one who shapes people and it’s no wonder that with aging, so many souls are torturing you.

The midnight hour is close at hand. I will say goodbye to lonely nights. Something I remember from a song is that one should not peak too early or late. Because that magic is special and we end up unworthy.

No doubt traveling creates a complex identity.

Do you think the soul is more important than the body or the skin? What about those lonely nights and days spent with fatigue and nausea? What about those mirrors that are giving the desired perception?

I’ve traveled ‘cross the country
I’ve sung with lots of bands
I’ve played in those big cities
That book those one night stands
I’m lonely and I’m weary
I know the scene so well
The blues have come to get me
And to drag me down to hell
But I keep travelin
What have I got to lose
Yes, I keep travelin
Unravelin all my blues

I check into a hotel
And then forget its name
Yes, I could ask
But oh well aren’t all hotels just the same
Sink into the mattress
Pray god my soul to keep
The blues are in the streets
Cries that haunt my troubled sleep
But I keep travelin
What have I got to lose
Yes, I keep travelin
Unravelin all my blues

I wake up every morning
And wonder where I’m at
I look into the mirror
And ask myself who’s that
I left behind a good man
A face I can’t recall
And yet I love my old man
Like or no man’s been loved at all
But I keep travelin
What have I got to lose
Yes, I keep travelin
Unravelin all my blues

I know the blues confuse me
Hold me in their trap
The lead and they lose me
While round my brain they wrap
A web of lonely journeys
All spawned from evil thread
That twist and turn and tangle me
Until my soul is dead
But I keep on travelin
What have I got to lose
Yes, I keep travelin
Tryin to lose all my blues
